Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Reporting Platform Administrator to own the administration, configuration, and 
operational management of enterprise reporting platforms. This is not a BI developer role. The focus is on 
platform reliability, governance, and production support across a modern, cloud-based data ecosystem.
The role primarily supports Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), with additional exposure to Snowflake, 
Azure, and other analytics tools. You will play a critical role in operational readiness, platform standards, 
business continuity, and enabling self-service analytics at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting Tools Administration
 Administer, configure, and support Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects(BOBJ) (must-have).
 Manage user provisioning, workspaces, gateways, upgrades, patches, and monitoring.
 Support Tableau Server/Online as a preferred orsecondary platform.
 Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure uptime and performance across reporting tools.
Data Platform Support
 Support Snowflake environments including access management, role assignments, monitoring, and basic 
performance tasks.
 Partner with data engineering and governance teams on standards,security models, and usage 
optimization.
Cloud (Azure) Experience
 Work with Azure services such as Azure AD, Storage, Key Vault, VMs, gateways, and basic networking.
 Supportinfrastructure configurations, integrations, and ongoing operational activities

Operational Excellence
 Ensure platform availability, uptime, and adherence to SLAs.
 Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, and production support.
 Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational best practices.
Business Continuity & Standards
 Implement platform standards, governance controls, and deployment checklists.
 Support backup, recovery, BCDR readiness, and redundancy planning.
Multi-Tool Flexibility
 Willingness to learn and support new platforms as part of a broader Tools & Platform Administration 
model.
Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
 3–6 years of hands-on experience in reporting platform administration.
 Strong expertise in Power BI and SAP BOBJ administration (must-have).
 Experience with Snowflake (role management, monitoring, basic SQL).
 Cloud experience with Azure preferred (AWS/Google Cloud Platform a plus).
 Understanding of authentication, SSO, gateways, and access/security models.
 Experience with incident management,service operations, and business continuity practices.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentsupporting multiple tools and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
 Tableau Server administration experience.
 Experience with tools such as Dataiku, Collibra, Matillion, Delphix, GitHub Enterprise, or similar.
 Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices for data platforms.
