Summary
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Cybersecurity Governance, GRC, IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Cybersecurity Operations experience.
- Need the GRC experience
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and risk management.
- Experience developing and maintaining governance artifacts, policies, procedures, workflows, playbooks, and documentation.
- Strong process improvement, process engineering, and workflow optimization experience.
- Experience managing issue tracking, remediation management, exception management, and governance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GRC, governance, security awareness, or workflow platforms.
- Experience configuring workflows, forms, approvals, notifications, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Working knowledge of workflow automation, APIs, integrations, system data flows, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness and human risk management programs.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow GRC / IRM.
- Archer, Onspring, KnowBe4, Hoxhunt, Proofpoint.
- Power BI reporting and dashboards.
