Senior System Administrator

Requirement/Must Have:

• Senior-level experience in enterprise IT operations and production support.
• Experience responding to production problem reports and service requests.
• Experience researching and resolving complex system issues.

• Provide advanced operational and service desk support for production systems.
• Respond to production incidents, service requests, and project-related operational needs.
• Research complex issues and communicate status and next steps to stakeholders.
• Document activities in service management systems following established workflows.
• Maintain and update operational documentation including runbooks and playbooks.
• Consult with application support, development, and operations teams on system changes and deployments.
• Review technical documentation to identify operational risks and communicate potential impacts.
• Support production readiness for new functionality and releases.
• Ensure system availability, stability, and timely issue resolution.

• Strong professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Sound judgment in high-impact operational situations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
