Overview The Analytics & Insights team is the intelligence engine for Membership and Deposit Products. We partner closely with Product Management and Product Strategy teams to ensure decisions are grounded in trusted data, behavioral insights, and a deep understanding of our members. Our role is to turn complexity into clarity, transforming rich data into insights that guide strategy, innovation, and investment decisions. By connecting product and cross-channel data, we inform where, when, and how members engage, enabling smarter, more personalized experiences and stronger business outcomes.
Support business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports. Analyze business problems and issues using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources. Work independently to interpret and analyze complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch. Specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques. Recognized as an expert in own area within the company.

Responsibilities - Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources, including structured and unstructured data sets, to drive insights into business performance.
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, heat maps) in order to support business decisions
- Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
- Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives.
- Understand data gaps and tie data components together for visualizations
- Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.
- Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- Assist with the development and enhancement of practices, procedures, and instructions
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, subject matter experts, and leaders; work with senior management on complex issues
- Lead medium to large projects and initiatives
- Mentor lower level staff
- Manage a portfolio of dashboards, monitor use and performance, and make recommendations to management for enhancement or changes
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in big data analysis and business intelligence reporting
- Subject matter expert within business area/specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines
- Expert skill using with business intelligence applications and/or cloud services
- Expert knowledge of reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors
- Expert skill using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis
- Advanced skill with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R
- Expert knowledge of reporting/dashboarding best practices and data research and root cause analysis techniques
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-makers

- Advanced research skills in the ability to complete data research, business research, reporting/dashboarding best practices research, root cause analysis, needs assessment
