Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Pharma Commercial Data and Analytics to support enterprise transformation initiatives within the Life Sciences domain.

The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of syndicated pharma data sources (SPP, Rx, MMIT, 867, LAAD, CRM, Digital Marketing data), commercial analytics, and data modeling, along with experience engaging senior stakeholders and supporting AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Pharma Commercial Data & Analytics

• Work with syndicated data sources including:

  • SPP

  • Rx data

  • MMIT

  • 867 data

  • LAAD

  • CRM platforms

  • Digital marketing datasets

• Perform commercial analytics and data modeling

• Analyze sales performance, market access, payer insights, and promotional effectiveness

• Support value assessment and data-driven decision making

Stakeholder Engagement

• Support and engage with senior client stakeholders

• Facilitate interviews and working sessions

• Translate business objectives into actionable analytics and transformation initiatives

• Prepare executive-ready documentation and insights

Transformation & Strategy Support

• Serve as Business Analyst for enterprise transformation engagements

• Research industry best practices and key change drivers in Life Sciences

• Gather and synthesize operational and performance data

• Document:

  • As-is processes

  • Operating models

  • Governance frameworks

• Perform business, process, technology, product, pricing, and policy analysis

• Support recommendation development and visualization for strategic initiatives

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Demonstrate understanding of:

  • AI use cases in Life Sciences commercial business

  • Agentic AI applications

  • Data-driven automation and optimization models

• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML to commercial analytics processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Pharma / Life Sciences Commercial domain

• Hands-on experience with syndicated pharma datasets (SPP, Rx, MMIT, 867, LAAD, CRM)

• Experience in commercial analytics and data modeling

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience supporting transformation or strategy engagements

• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise strategy engagements

• Exposure to AI/ML use cases in Life Sciences

• Experience working with senior leadership in pharma organizations
