Senior Architect Enterprise & Solution Architecture

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Remote)
Candidate Eligibility: Open to Eastern Time (ET) zone candidates only.
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to drive enterprise architecture, technology strategy, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop IT strategies, technology roadmaps, business capability models, and customer journey maps.
  • Lead business and IT strategic planning and align technology solutions with organizational goals.
  • Provide enterprise and solution architecture guidance for modernization and cloud transformation projects.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct market research, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives involving Generative AI, virtual assistants, and RPA.
  • Develop technology standards, architecture guidelines, and governance practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
  • Assess technical solutions, risks, costs, and benefits to support informed decision-making.
  • Create architecture documentation, technical reports, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 7 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Enterprise Architecture and 2 years in Solution Architecture.
  • Experience leading AI implementations involving Generative AI, RPA, and virtual assistants.
  • Experience with cloud modernization and Enterprise Architecture governance.
  • Solution Architecture experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, application architecture, infrastructure, and security.
  • Experience developing technology strategies, roadmaps, and architecture models.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF certification.
  • Experience with the Avolution ABACUS Enterprise Architecture tool.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with architecture documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and SharePoint.
