Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Pega development.
Strong experience with Pega PRPC, Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
Experience in designing and developing Pega applications using Pega 8.x or later.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and integration services.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
Pega CSA or CSSA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications.
Build workflows, business rules, case management, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure Pega solutions.
