Network Engineer- New York, NY- Deploy & maintain lg ntwrks & mnging the full WAN optmztn lifecycle. Design, bld & deploy the infrastructure to supp our global trading & rsrch envrnmnt. Design, bld & implmnt cmplx tools for configrtn mgmnt, automtn, monitoring & perf analysis. Analyze current sys, conduct testing, & debug & trblsht probs w/i our ntwrk hw, sw, servers & server op systems. Bld & implmnt complex tools for configrtn mgmnt, automtn, monitoring & ntwrk perf analysis. Utilize Grafana, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Sensu, Linux networking, and rel sw tools & technlgs to analyze, bld, mng & monitor our trading ntwks, working alongside our systems & ops teams. Req's: Master's (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Telecommunication Ntwrks, Electrical Engg, Comp Engg, or a rel field, plus 1 yr of exp in the pos offered, Ntwk Ops Center Engr, or rel exp. All req'd exp must have incldd: Performing adv network analysis & id'ing problem pts & design solutions. Mnging a large ntwrk infrastructure globally. Designing & implmnting corp. ntwrk architecture. Handling ntwrk security, trblshting, host mgmnt, firewall, & routing mgmnt. Managing the config of multiple models & vendors of switches/routers, incld'ing VLAN configrtn, multicast mgmnt, & routing protocols (HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, PIM, MSDP VLAN, and STP). Performing asset mgmnt & inventory of eqpmnt & sw. Employer will accpt any amt of prof exp w/ the req'd skills. Salary Range: $225K-285K.
