Summary

This global industrial distribution company operates across multiple locations in nine countries and relies on a complex ERP ecosystem to support its business. They are hiring an ERP Manager to lead and modernize enterprise systems, including multiple Epicor Prophet 21 instances, NetSuite, and integrated platforms, with a strong focus on cloud transition and standardization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on ERP leader with deep Prophet 21 experience, comfortable managing distributed teams, vendors, and stakeholders while driving ERP modernization and operational stability.
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years managing ERP systems, including Epicor Prophet 21
Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
Proven leadership of distributed ERP teams
Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, SQL, and data governance

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms
Background in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
Experience leading ERP modernization or cloud migration initiatives

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

Lead ERP support teams and vendor partners
Oversee ERP performance, stability, and integrations
Drive ERP modernization and cloud transition roadmap
Partner with business stakeholders to align systems with strategy
Establish ERP governance, KPIs, and security standards
