They are hiring an ERP Manager to lead and modernize enterprise systems, including multiple Epicor Prophet 21 instances, NetSuite, and integrated platforms, with a strong focus on cloud transition and standardization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on ERP leader with deep Prophet 21 experience, comfortable managing distributed teams, vendors, and stakeholders while driving ERP modernization and operational stability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years managing ERP systems, including Epicor Prophet 21
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
- Proven leadership of distributed ERP teams
- Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, SQL, and data governance
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
- Experience leading ERP modernization or cloud migration initiatives

- Lead ERP support teams and vendor partners
- Oversee ERP performance, stability, and integrations
