Job Title : Business System Analyst

Location; Phoenix AZ

Create a dashboard, do data analysis using Power BI.
Understand IT infrastructure environment ( ITIL, use of ServiceNow, and Change Management), and cloud data reporting ( Azure, AWS), it’s like experience with AWS metrics or cloud analytics.
Strong Comm Skill.
Coordinate with Cross Functional team.

Job Functions:

Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, RACI models, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet service delivery objectives and deadlines.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT services with business requirements.
Vizualise Data with graphs.
