Summary

· We are hiring a senior Account Executive to own and grow our Johnson & Johnson (J&J) relationship. This role is responsible for revenue growth, executive relationships, and long-term account expansion across J&J’s business units.

This is a strategic client partner role, not a transactional sales position.

What you’ll do

Ø Own the end-to-end J&J account strategy and growth plan

Ø Build trusted relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders

Ø Drive account expansion, cross-sell, and new use-case growth

Ø Lead QBRs, executive reviews, and strategic roadmap discussions

Ø Partner with delivery, product, and solution teams to ensure execution excellence

Ø Own commercials, renewals, and margin discipline

What we’re looking for

Ø 10–15+ years in enterprise account management / client partner roles

Ø Experience with large Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma clients

Ø Strong executive presence and consultative selling mindset

Ø NJ-based (or willing to relocate), with proximity to J&J offices
