Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead and manage an enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program within a highly regulated financial environment. This role will drive ServiceNow-based workflow automation, event reconciliation, change governance, and operational reporting while partnering across Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Mainframe teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program.

  • Consolidate detection sources into centralized ServiceNow workflows and dashboards.

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow Event Management and workflow automation solutions.

  • Design automated reconciliation processes between detected events and approved changes.

  • Investigate and remediate unauthorized change events.

  • Manage ServiceNow integrations, data mapping, and reporting capabilities.

  • Partner with Change Management, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.

  • Develop governance metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.

  • Support audit, compliance, and regulatory examination activities.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across change management processes.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of ITSM, Change Management, IT Operations, Security Operations, or related experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience

  • Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions

  • Experience building automated reconciliation processes

  • Experience working within regulated enterprise environments

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement

Domain Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Equivalent experience considered
