Work Location & Schedule

This position is based in White Plains/Prospect, NY and requires onsite presence three days per week. Remote flexibility is offered for the remaining days.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled JDE Finance Business Analyst (BA) with deep expertise in JD Edwards Finance and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Direct Orders and trading business operations, with a strong background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and SQ9 is highly desirable. This is an onsite role requiring presence in the Tri-State area three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement JD Edwards Finance and Supply Chain solutions, supporting business initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide functional expertise for Direct Orders and trading business workflows, ensuring alignment with operational and financial requirements.
• Lead and support EDI integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing data exchanges for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to gather requirements, document business processes, and deliver system enhancements.
• Utilize RPA tools to automate manual processes, increasing efficiency and reducing error rates.
• Leverage SQ9 knowledge to support reporting and analytics needs across finance and supply chain operations.
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support for JDE applications.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of new JDE modules or enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a JDE Finance BA, with demonstrated expertise in supply chain modules.
• Proven track record working with Direct Orders and trading business environments.
• Extensive EDI experience, including mapping, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Tri-State area at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and implementation.
• Knowledge of SQ9 for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Previous involvement in trading and direct order business models.
• Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams.
