Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP SCM Consultant with 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM), including implementation, configuration, technical-functional support, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle ERP SCM modules, supply chain business processes, and cross-functional integration. The consultant will work remotely but must be available for occasional business travel to Ohio and an annual international trip to Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle ERP SCM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, order management, and manufacturing.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments.
Perform functional analysis, solution design, system configuration, and documentation.
Support integrations between Oracle SCM and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams.
Coordinate with international stakeholders and support business operations across different locations.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP SCM.
Strong experience with Oracle ERP SCM modules and supply chain business processes.
Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, order management, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in functional and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Ohio and once annually to Denmark.
