responsibilities:

- What is the purpose of this team?

- Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects.

- Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? My team supports M365 Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT and enables/builds custom AI solutions that enable efficiency and optimization of business and IT operations.

We are making significant investment in building innovative AI solutions leveraging our platform(s) and looking for additional developer(s) that are experienced with the Power Platform and AI solution building.

No additional needs, not part of an initiative.

Typical Day in the Role

- Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).

- What are the performance expectations/metrics?

- What makes this role unique? Participate in the entire SDLC of solution builds.

Resource will join the AI personal productivity engineering team to enable and build custom AI solutions to support the business.

We follow agile methodology and expect the individual to participate in all agile ceremonies.

Opportunity to build AI solutions in an enterprise level environment.

Candidate Requirements

Education/Certification Required: Bachelors Preferred:Azure, M365 Certifications

Years of experience required: 4-6 years of development experience with heavy emphasis on AI solutions, Cloud, DevOps

Disqualifiers: Lack of in depth experience with and knowledge of AI solutions, Cloud and DevOps.

Additional/preferred qualities to look for: healthcare would be nice to have

- Top 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance 1 Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI

2 Microsoft Copilots, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Python, Powershell

3 Azure Cloud, IAM, Agile
