- Ability to run tests independently, including preparing wiring harnesses, assembling fixtures, and running scripts with training
- Discipline in keeping test data and project records accurate and up to date
- Ability to escalate test issues or product failures constructively to lead validation engineers and other colleagues.

Essential Skills:
- 3+ years in test lab environment
- Hands-on experience with DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes
- Ability to execute DVP&R
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with environmental chambers or data acquisition systems
- Knowledge of industry standards like MIL-STD-810, SAE J1939
- Electronics assembly and soldering
