Job Title: Lead Test Engineer - Test Enablement & Automation

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: 12+ Month Contract

About the Role
We're seeking a Lead Test Engineer to drive testing strategy, automation, and performance excellence across enterprise programs. In this role, you'll champion testing best practices, enable teams, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable product delivery.

What You'll Do

Define and own end-to-end testing strategy, plans, and standards
Drive test automation, performance testing, and shift-left practices
Partner with engineering, product, and program teams to improve testability
Mentor QA teams and promote enterprise testing best practices
Oversee test environments, defect triage, and release coordination
Analyze testing metrics and report project health to leadership
Identify opportunities for service virtualization and process improvements
Manage testing resources, planning, and execution across projects

Minimum Qualifications

Must have experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead in enterprise environments
Must have experience with CI/CD integration and modern testing practices
Must have experience with strong understanding of defect management, test metrics, and reporting
Must have experience with service virtualization and Test Driven Development (TDD)
Must have background in large-scale or transformation programs
Must have experience with Field Service Management (FSM) applications
Must have experience driving testing enablement or QA transformation initiatives
Knowledge of modern testing tools and frameworks
