    • SSL offloading and certificate management
    • Application delivery and traffic management solutions
    • High-availability and disaster-recovery architectures
  • Deploy, administer, and maintain F5 rSeries platforms, including provisioning, tenant management, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle planning.
  • Administer and support Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM/DDI) platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex load-balancing, DNS, application connectivity, and network-related issues.
  • Lead platform refreshes, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization efforts.
  • Develop and enhance automation solutions using Ansible, Python, REST APIs, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Serve as a technical leader for F5 architecture, application delivery, and enterprise traffic-management solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging F5 and DNS capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Partner with application, cloud, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
  • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and problem management activities.
  • Develop and maintain engineering standards, technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical roadmap and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with application delivery, load balancing, DNS, and enterprise networking technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience engineering, administering, and supporting F5 BIG-IP environments, particularly LTM and DNS/GTM.
  • Strong understanding of load balancing, application delivery, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, high availability, and enterprise networking.
  • Experience supporting Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM environments.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting large-scale, highly available, production-critical enterprise infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application delivery, DNS, load-balancing, and network connectivity issues.
  • Experience providing advanced Tier 4/5 engineering support and leading complex implementations, migrations, upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, and modernization initiatives.
  • Strong documentation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across application, security, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Desired Qualifications
