CBTS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join an Application Development Team delivering strategic technology initiatives. This role spans the full product lifecycle - from solution design through delivery and production support - working within an Agile team. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in modern web development and .NET backend engineering, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving complex initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.

Duties:\\n
\\n - Design, develop, and test applications in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, architects, DBAs, and third-party vendors
\\n - Own projects end-to-end, from system design and programming specifications through delivery
\\n - Partner with DBA teams to design database structures
\\n - Lead troubleshooting and testing efforts to maintain quality standards
\\n - Step into project/technical lead roles as needed, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
\\n - Lead project teams - managing budgets, schedules, milestones, risks, and delivery impediments
\\n - Communicate priorities and deliverables to business partners and coach junior developers on Agile practices
\\n - Support and continuously improve production applications, including troubleshooting performance, reliability, and data quality issues
\\n - Improve observability, monitoring, and operational maturity of applications
\\n - Create and maintain technical documentation, and mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Requires:\\n
\\n - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
\\n - 8+ years of enterprise software development experience
\\n - 6+ years building modern web applications with NextJs and TypeScript
\\n - 6+ years designing RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Azure Functions
\\n - Strong experience with scalable microservices and distributed systems
\\n - Experience integrating with CRM, ERP, Oracle, and third-party systems
\\n - Strong SQL Server/Azure SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning
\\n - Experience with Entity Framework Core, Microsoft Azure cloud-native development, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
\\n - Solid grounding in software architecture, design patterns, security, and testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end)
\\n - Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication and mentoring skills
\\n - Preferred: PWA experience; Azure API Management/Service BEvent-Driven/Serverless; cloud migration experience; Docker/Kubernetes; Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305)
