Must demonstrate proven delivery and management of IT projects in manufacturing/pharma operations, including.
Experience managing end-to-end projects related to shopfloor performance, production planning & scheduling, workforce/shift optimization
Background delivering real-time KPI tracking, operational dashboards, and performance reporting across sites
Familiarity with integrated planning solutions connected to ERP/manufacturing systems
Exposure to Lean/Operational Excellence practices (tier meetings, standard work)
Experience coordinating operations, production planning, manufacturing excellence, and IT stakeholders
