Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist / Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Trintech ReconNET to lead customer onboarding and migration activities for reconciliation solutions. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable reconciliation configurations, driving end-to-end implementations, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in financial reconciliation, strong client-facing experience, and the ability to lead complex implementations across multiple data sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of reconciliation solutions
• Analyze existing Trintech ReconNET configurations and support migration or redesign initiatives
• Configure data ingestion processes using SFTP and APIs
• Design and implement reconciliation rules, tolerances, workflows, and exception handling
• Build and manage reconciliation logic across multiple data sources (payments, banks, GLs, processors)
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, validate reconciliation outputs, and drive UAT sign-offs
• Troubleshoot reconciliation breaks, data mismatches, and exceptions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational views for business users
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on enhancements and system integrations
• Ensure complete documentation of configurations, mappings, and reconciliation logic
• Provide best practices and guidance during onboarding and post-implementation phases

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Trintech ReconNET
• Deep understanding of reconciliation concepts, including:
• Transaction lifecycle
• Matching logic
• Tolerances
• General Ledger (GL) reconciliation
• Experience with payment systems, bank files (BAI2, MT940), and processor reports
• Understanding of fee calculations, chargebacks, settlements, and related reconciliation processes
• Strong experience handling large datasets, data mapping, and transformations
• Proven experience in client-facing implementation or consulting roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to independently lead implementations and manage client expectations
