Summary
This program is focused on transforming and optimizing business processes across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Finance, and Customer operations, with a targeted minimum annual run-rate savings of $40M.
The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and deep CIS/CRM expertise within the utilities sector, ensuring scalable, automated, and standardized processes that enhance customer and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process design and optimization for CRM/CIS workstreams
- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP CRM and Customer Information Systems
- Support integration across Billing, FICA, Device Management, and Energy Settlement processes
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and scalable CIS process design
- Conduct process assessments and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SCM, EAM, Finance, and Customer domains
- Support transformation initiatives aligned with SAP S/4HANA on RISE
- 10+ years of Business Process Consulting experience
- Strong expertise in CRM and Customer Information Systems (CIS)
- Proven utilities sector experience (energy preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Billing, FICA, Device Management
- Strong understanding of energy settlement processes and integration techniques
- SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong analytical and strategic advisory capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA RISE deployments
- Prior experience in large-scale utilities transformation programs
