Job Title: Data Engineer with Databricks Genie

Location: Plano, TX Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months

Experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Databricks, Databricks Genie (AI-powered data assistant), and modern data pipeline architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data models using Databricks Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog to support AI/ML workflows and ensure data governance.
• Develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines with PySpark, MLflow, and Feature Store, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment for scalable production use.
• Leverage Databricks AI/BI Genie to enable natural language processing into SQL queries, creating no-code/low-code interfaces for business users to generate insights from complex datasets.
• Build and optimize Generative AI solutions, integrating LLMs (e.g., via LangChain or RAG) with Vector Search and Delta Live Tables for real-time data validation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models via APIs, implement MLOps practices, and ensure compliance with security standards in cloud environments like AWS or Azure
