Summary
- Collaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and execution plans.
- Manage the product development lifecycle: define problems in discovery, draft detailed requirements (user stories), plan development sprints, develop UAT plans, and oversee continuous releases.
- Drive stakeholder management: communicate progress and findings to program leaders and partners via product/status updates and demos (Jira, Clarity PPM).
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure roadmap execution.
- Identify and monitor success metrics to manage product lines with a focus on client and business value creation.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing in support of the product.
- Bachelor's degree in information science, engineering, business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or management consulting.
- 5+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership in Agile environments; experience working with engineering teams.
- 2 5 years of experience in the Payments Industry.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and influencing skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
- Strong communication skills with management, technical, and non technical colleagues, and clients.
- Knowledge and experience in prepaid open loop card product management.
- Experience supporting web and mobile banking solutions and other digital products.
- Background in the Financial Services Industry.
