Job Opening: Oracle Procurement Functional Consultant Work Mode: Onsite 4 weeks | carlsbad CA - Travel Reimbursed Duration: 12 weeks + Extendable Extension: Possible, based on project scope and client requirements Engagement: Contract / Consulting Assignment Role Overview We are looking for a senior Oracle Procurement Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud and/or Oracle EBS Procurement modules. The consultant will support an assessment project involving current-state analysis, process review, configuration evaluation, gap identification, and recommendation documentation. Required Experience

8–10 years of Oracle Procurement functional consulting experience
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementations or assessments
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud, including Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification, and Supplier Model
Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Procurement modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management, and Inventory integration
Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes
Ability to evaluate existing configurations, workflows, approvals, customizations, and integrations
Experience working with business stakeholders to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Assess existing Oracle Procurement processes and configurations
Review Fusion Procurement Cloud and/or EBS R12 Procurement setup
Evaluate purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, approvals, and procure-to-pay processes
Identify gaps, risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
Review integrations with Inventory, Payables, Finance, and other related modules
Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather inputs and validate findings
Prepare assessment findings, recommendations, and next-step roadmap
