Assess the existing Adobe ecosystem content workflows platforms integrations and operating model

Define the target state content supply chain architecture across content planning creation production asset management activation and performance measurement

Evaluate relevant Adobe solutions including AEM Assets Adobe Workfront Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Adobe Experience Platform where applicable

Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and automation for content generation localization metadata tagging asset reuse and workflow optimization

Define integration patterns data flows content models metadata standards taxonomy and governance requirements

Develop architecture recommendations solution options implementation roadmap and highlevel effort estimates

Align business objectives with technical feasibility scalability security and operational efficiency

Extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture and Adobe Experience Cloud implementations

Strong expertise in Adobe content supply chain solutions including AEM Workfront and digital asset management

Experience designing end to end content lifecycle workflows and marketing operations

Knowledge of enterprise integrations APIs metadata taxonomy content governance and workflow automation

Understanding of GenAI enabled content operations and intelligent automation

Strong executive communication stakeholder management and architecture presentation skills

Current state architecture and capability assessment

Target state content supply chain architecture

Adobe solution recommendations and integration blueprint

AI and automation opportunity assessment

Prioritized implementation roadmap with key dependencies and high-level estimates
