Process mapping, gap analysis, and current-state / future-state documentation

Stakeholder management across business| product| and engineering teams UAT planning| facilitation| and defect triage oversight
Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud| Experience Cloud| or PRM processes
Proficiency with Jira or similar project tracking tools
Preferred Skills Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
Experience in partner operations| channel sales| or alliance programs
Familiarity with agile delivery| sprint planning| and backlog grooming
