Job Description:

Bachelors or Relevant Degree with 12+ years of experience in Information Technology.
Design, develop, and implement AJO solutions that help customers improve their customer experiences.
Work with a team of engineers to Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively
Works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code
Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.
Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team
Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, and automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain AJO code and documentation.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team.
Stay up-to-date on the latest AJO features and capabilities.
Document and maintain technical documentation for campaigns and workflows.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows.
Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy and security regulations and standards.
