We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technology programs and drive strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering large-scale software development programs from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for multiple technology initiatives and product releases.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Architecture, Security, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Track and report program status, key milestones, budget utilization, and overall program health.
• Facilitate technical and business discussions to align stakeholders on priorities and strategic goals.
• Establish governance frameworks, communication plans, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, and vendor coordination when required.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Software Delivery.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise applications, cloud-based solutions, and digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with distributed global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, APIs, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
• Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or Digital Commerce domain experience is a plus.
