Now Hiring: Electrical Engineering Technician
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay Rate: $35.00/hour
Shift: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician IV - Electrical to support facility and equipment maintenance operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong electrical background and hands-on experience maintaining industrial systems, HVAC equipment, and automated facility controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and automated control systems
Support operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, clean steam generators, and backup generators
Monitor facility systems using BAS (Building Automation Systems)
Maintain RO/DI water systems, including bed changes, TOC monitoring, and meter calibration
Conduct chemical checks for chilled water loops and ensure systems operate within required parameters
Perform clean room air balancing and facility maintenance tasks
Complete minor carpentry and general facility repairs as needed
Qualifications:
Strong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience required
Experience with industrial equipment, automated controls, and facility systems
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and clean room operations preferred
Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and maintenance procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
