AIML Engineer

Key Technical Responsibilities
• AI & Backend Integration: Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python to handle AI model integration, data processing, and API development.
• Frontend Excellence: Architect and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular JS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Workflow Automation: Leverage Google AppScript to build custom integrations, automate internal processes, and connect G-Suite tools with our core AI engine.
• Full Stack Ownership: Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial schema design to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Issue Resolution: Deep-dive into complex technical debt and production bugs, providing root-cause analysis and long-term structural fixes rather than “band-aid” solutions.

Technical Requirements
• Python Proficiency: 5+ years of experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), specifically for data-heavy or AI-integrated applications.
• JavaScript & Frameworks: Strong mastery of Vanilla JavaScript and hands-on experience with Angular JS (and familiarity with the migration path to modern Angular).
• AppScript Expertise: Proven experience using Google AppScript for enterprise automation or custom add-ons.
• API Design: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in end-to-end agentic workflows

Non-Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Proactive Communication: You don’t wait for instructions when a system is down. You identify risks early and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Client-Facing Ability: Comfortable leading technical discussions with clients, explaining “the why” behind technical decisions, and managing expectations.
• Independent Problem Solving: Ability to take a vague client “pain point” and translate it into a technical roadmap without constant supervision.
• Analytical Depth: A “first-principles” thinker who can debug not just the code, but the logic and architecture behind it.

Additional Points
• Strong experience in using Gen AI technologies: Gemini, co-pilot, Claude AI to augment their engineering skills
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and tackle the uncertainties

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI/ML orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform).
• Prior Google experience is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline is an advantage
