Mainframe modernization experience
Mainframe analysis of existing code and documentation
Mainframe batch processing and stored procedures knowledge
Awareness of mainframe stored procedures (rest of the migration is handled through stored procedures)
Mainframe DB2 experience, including query analysis, optimization, and rewriting
Control-M scheduling and Changeman version control experience
Production support experience to analyze and debug production issues
MFTS / NDM file transfer experience
