We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional execution across complex game development initiatives. This role is central to ensuring alignment, visibility, and delivery from early concept through launch.

Overview:

• Own end-to-end project coordination across engineering, design, art, QA, and production teams
• Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules in partnership with leadership
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Oversee build schedules, release readiness, and launch coordination
• Act as a communication hub across teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and team workflows
• Coordinate with external partners including vendors, localization teams, and platform stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project/program management within gaming or related industries
• Advanced experience with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) and version control systems (Git, Perforce)
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production cycles
• Proven experience managing multi-team, interdependent projects
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
