Summary

We are looking for a Lead ETL Developer/ Analyst for our client in Newark, NJ

Job Title: Lead ETL Developer/ Analyst

Job Location: Newark, NJ

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $49hr - $54hr

Responsibilities:

Build automated reconciliation framework with sampling, diffing & volume -ready checks.
Build data quality framework to apply pro-active checks on data before.
Investigate and resolve data issues across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to validate large datasets and troubleshoot issues.
Design, develop, and enhance Informatica PowerCenter ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions for new development and ongoing enhancements.

Experience:

Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for ETL automation, file processing, job orchestration, and monitoring.

Good to Have:

Experience or understanding of the insurance distribution domain.

Technical Skills:

Strong SQL and Informatica skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations, large dataset validation).
Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and profiling techniques.
Experience designing and developing test plans and automated test cases.
