Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Job Location: Plano, TX

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
The engineer will ensure AI/ML systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
The role will also focus on driving best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across AI/ML platforms and enterprise integrations.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
Proven experience with deep learning.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Expertise in Computer Vision.
Experience building end-to-end AI/ML models from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.
Proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with at least one major cloud AI/ML platform.

Experience:

Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI/ML Architect.
Experience designing scalable AI/ML system architectures.
Experience with data pipeline design and large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end AI and machine learning system architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms.
Define best practices and standards for AI/ML model development, testing, and deployment.
Lead and mentor engineers and data scientists in implementing AI solutions.
Ensure AI/ML systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Integrate AI/ML models with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement and retraining strategies.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends.
Manage technical risks and troubleshoot complex AI/ML system issues.

Should Have:

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.
Experience with real-time or batch inference systems.

Skills:

Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Computer Vision.
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Cloud AI/ML platforms.
Data engineering and data pipeline orchestration.
Big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
Python, with working knowledge of R or Java.
AI/ML system architecture and enterprise integration.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
