We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Leader to own and drive the development of our B2C digital commerce platform built on Adobe AEM and Magento. This role is deeply technical and execution-focused, responsible for architecting solutions, writing high-quality code, and leading deployments while guiding a team of engineers. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing digital experiences.
You'll lead from the front - contributing across the full stack, overseeing B2C site deployments, and ensuring strong engineering standards, performance, and reliability. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, experience managing engineers, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while staying close to the code.
Location This is a Hybrid position, reporting onsite in Gilbert, Az 3x a week
Required Skills & Experience: - Strong full-stack development background (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM and Magento
- Proven experience deploying and managing B2C websites
- Proficiency with GitHub and modern CI/CD practices
Desired Skills & Experience: - Experience managing engineering teams in leadership-heavy roles
- Background working with product catalog systems, marketing, and sales platforms
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders
- Experience driving large-scale digital commerce initiatives from concept to launch
