Key Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and standards for telecom and IT systems.
- Establish architecture principles, reference models, and frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards.
Technology & Solution Design
- Lead the design of telecom systems including OSS/BSS, core networks, IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV, cloud, and 5G/IoT solutions.
- Define integration strategies for legacy and modern platforms (CRM, billing, ERP, data platforms).
- Evaluate and select emerging technologies to support business goals.
Business Alignment & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into architectural roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
- Support RFPs, vendor selection, and ecosystem partnerships.
Performance & Optimization
- Conduct impact analysis of technology decisions on business processes and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and performance improvement.
- Define KPIs to measure architecture effectiveness and technology ROI.
