We are looking for a MoEngage Specialist to design, implement, and optimize customer engagement campaigns using the MoEngage platform. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, marketing automation expertise, and analytical skills to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage MoEngage campaigns across Push, Email, SMS, and In-App channels.
• Design customer journeys and segmentation strategies to drive engagement and retention.
• Utilize No-Code Personalization Editor for quick website/app customizations and Built-In Code Editor for advanced HTML/JavaScript-based widgets.
• Integrate Server-Side Personalization APIs for backend-level customization.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement A/B testing for optimization.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with MoEngage platform and marketing automation tools.
• Basic HTML/JavaScript knowledge for advanced edits and custom widgets.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and journey orchestration.
• Understanding of MoEngage APIs and SDK integration for mobile/web apps.
• Ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Optional: Data analysis skills for deeper insights and reporting.
