Looking for a Project Manager - Project Lead
Work Location: Fully Onsite
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.
Job Title: Project Manager Project Lead
Scope of the project:
The candidate will manage several projects through solicitation, selection, contract negotiation,acquisition, implementation, migration, archival and sunset of legacy applications.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and manage all project management activities for agency wide initiatives as an experienced agency project manager.

Demonstrate project management expertise in both traditional and agile methodologies and influence project team compliance with industry best practices.

Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects in parallel. Control scope and schedule to ensure project deliverables, milestones and required tasks are completed as planned.

This role will bring strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and aligned with organizational objectives.

Plan and conduct project status and review meetings. Prepare project status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders and sponsors. Must be able to work with a diverse group of professionals in all levels of the agency.

Prepare necessary documentation to support project initiatives. Manage development of project documentation for new services assigned. Ensure all required project documentation is developed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Engage in ongoing process improvement around delivery, methodology and other relevant areas.

Identify potential problems proactively and facilitate problem resolutions by implementing risk mitigation strategies.
