Required skills:
= 5+ Experience Creating and executing system test plans
= 5+ Experience Performance Testing
= 5+ Experience Performance monitoring tools (eg; JProfiler, JMeter)
= 5+ Experience Test tools (JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, etc.)
= 5+ Experience Unit testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc)
= 5+ Experience Experience and understanding of the full software life-cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline
= 5+ Experience Excellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills)
= 5+ Experience Manage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities
= 5+ Experience Oversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing
= 5+ Experience Review, update and create test strategy, suites, and scripts
= 5+ Experience Document and report test results and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defect status
= 5+ Experience Coordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings
= 5+ Experience Provide training and mentoring of testing team members
Preferred Qualifications:
= 5+ Experience DB2 and MS SQL Server Queries
= 5+ Experience Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane
= 5+ Experience Jenkins, CVS, Maven, and Ant
= 4+ Experience Testing management experience in UI with commercial software including Sagitec’s Neosurance
