- Overall 8 to 12 years of QA experience with at least 3 years in US Life Insurance
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of life insurance and annuity products whole term universal life
- Familiarity with US insurance regulatory landscape state insurance departments NAIC reporting statutory accounting touchpoints
- Familiarity with insurance integration patterns policy admin billing claims payments document generation agent portal interfaces
- Experience with test management tools Jira, Xray, ALM, Quality Centre Azure DevOps and defect tools standard in regulated insurance environments
- Proven expertise across functional integration and E2E testing on largescale package implementations
- Excellent stakeholder communication status reporting and governance skills suitable for a US client facing role
Optional Skills Nice to have
- Experience testing Sapiens or similar Core Suite
- Working knowledge of automation frameworks Selenium Tosca Cypress Playwright or equivalent and CICD aligned test execution
Key Responsibilities
- Author test cases and scenarios for assigned modules and integrations against Client s acceptance criteria
- Execute functional integration and E2E test cycles capture and publish execution evidence
- Log retest and verify defects within Client s defect tool support triage with SMEvalidated reproduction steps
- Support test data setup within Client s data privacymasking guidelines creation owned by TFL
- Provide daily progress blockers and metrics inputs to the Onsite QA Lead for governance reporting
- Participate in knowledge transfer continuity documentation and UAT support as needed
