We are looking for a Python Developer to design and implement scalable, cloud-native applications within a Microsoft Azure environment. You will be a key player in the full software development lifecycle, leveraging modern AI-assisted tools to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Location: Columbus, OH

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Schedule TBD)

Interview Process: Microsoft Teams

Key Technical Skills

Python & Flask: 5+ years of experience in Python, with at least 3 years specifically using the Flask framework.
Microsoft Azure: 3+ years of experience with Azure App Services, storage, and cloud-native architecture.
API Design: Proven expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
AI-Assisted Development: Experience using tools like Claude to enhance coding efficiency and documentation.
DevOps & Tools: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.

Highly Desired (Bonus Points)

Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Front-end frameworks (React or Angular).
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or ARM templates).

Core Responsibilities

Develop and deploy scalable web applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical reality.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and peer reviews.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements

Must be willing to complete an FBI Fingerprint check.
Must reside in (or relocate to) the Columbus, OH area.
