You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interactions, planning sessions, and team activities to ensure software delivery objectives and milestones are met
  • Coordinate team capacity, sprint schedules, and release planning to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and business goals

  • Partner with Product Owners and tech leads to refine backlogs, define clear scope, and manage sprint commitments
  • Guide and coach team members on self-organization, execution efficiency, and standard delivery frameworks
  • Use enterprise-approved AI and automation tools to streamline team workflows, automate status tracking, and drive continuous operational improvements
  • Evaluate emerging trends in agile execution, delivery metrics, and team collaboration to inform solution design and strategic innovation

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience facilitating technology delivery, team execution, or agile ceremonies within a software engineering or technical environment
  • 2+ years of experience tracking, analyzing, and communicating delivery status, progress metrics, or milestone schedules to stakeholders

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing delivery tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Rally, or similar) to manage backlogs, track work items, and compile reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related technical field
  • Active Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-ACP)
  • Experience working with remote, distributed teams in a global setting
  • Experience utilizing approved AI, automation, or productivity tools to automate status reporting, analyze metrics, or generate sprint summaries
