Full Stack Developer with AI ML

The candidate must have hands-on experience in the Financial Services domain and be 
comfortable working across software engineering, data, and AI technologies. This role will 
focus on designing and developing enterprise-grade applications leveraging Large 
Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). 
Key Responsibilities 

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance 
software applications using Python. 
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using 
frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. 
• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and reliable database solutions. 
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and 
database operations. 
• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI technologies. 
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI
driven workflows. 
• Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Azure 
OpenAI, or similar platforms. 
• Develop solutions that combine enterprise data, APIs, and AI capabilities to solve 
business problems. 
• Apply software engineering best practices, including object-oriented programming, 
design patterns, testing, code reviews, and version control. 
• Design and develop distributed and scalable services suitable for enterprise 
environments. 
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, 
and other cross-functional stakeholders. 
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and deliver high
quality software within defined timelines. 
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application 
performance, reliability, and scalability. 

Required Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or 
a related field. 
• 5–7+ years of professional software engineering experience. 
• Mandatory experience in the Financial Services domain. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Python development. 
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and 
database design. 
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or 
similar frameworks. 
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design 
principles. 
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. 
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating Generative AI applications. 
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure 
OpenAI, or similar platforms. 
• Proven experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) 
solutions. 
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
