Finance Solutions Designer

We re seeking a Finance Solution Designer to support FP&A and Workforce Planning initiatives by translating business needs into scalable system solutions. This role partners closely with Finance and Digital/Technical teams to design workflows, functional specs, and user-friendly finance tools while supporting delivery through UAT, deployment, and user enablement.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and create functional documentation, user stories, and process flows

• Design finance system solutions supporting budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning

• Develop mockups and workflows to improve usability and user experience

• Lead UAT efforts including test script creation and validation

• Ensure solutions align with financial, operational, and compliance requirements

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Technical teams
