Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire an experienced Quality Inspector. Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hr. (DOE)
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Azusa, CA
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Complete First Article Inspections (FAIR) and maintain inspection records.
- Identify and document non-conforming materials.
- Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment.
- Assist with returned product (RMA) inspections and processing.
- Support PPAP, APQP, and continuous improvement activities.
- Work with Engineering and Purchasing to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Working knowledge of GD&T, First Article Inspection (FAIR), PPAP, and APQP.
- Experience with 3D measuring equipment or scanners is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is preferred.
