About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader Application Development who combines strong software development experience with team leadership and IT project management.

You ll lead a team of 7 10 developers while staying hands-on with application development and working with business stakeholders to deliver projects from planning through deployment.

If you're an experienced Software Engineering Lead, Development Manager, Application Development Manager, or Technical Lead who enjoys both people leadership and hands-on development, this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 7 10 software developers
• Stay hands-on with application development as a player-coach
• Manage multiple IT application development projects from initiation through deployment
• Prioritize projects, timelines, and resource allocation
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams and project stakeholders
• Help drive IT strategy, process improvements, and application enhancements
• Identify and resolve technical and project-related challenges

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of software engineering/development experience
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Experience leading a team of software/application developers
• Strong IT project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong hands-on software development background
• Ability to manage scope, priorities, timelines, and resources
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred/required
