Job Summary

The KeyBank Audio Visual team has a diverse set of expertise spanning several technologies. We are seeking an AV engineer to join the team responsible for implementation and supporting Key's digital signage system. Additionally, the engineer will facilitate ongoing webinar meetings hosted on several platforms.

Job Functions

• Administer and support Samsung MagicInfo / VXT digital signage platform
• Host live events on Zoom, Microsoft and Vbrick platforms
• Setup, test, and maintain equipment used for videoconferencing integrated room systems and special custom projects
• Create and maintain system and documentation for testing and validation of equipment
• Work in a team environment collaboratively
• Support Executives and their Admins in meeting setup & planning
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate with clients
• Travel as necessary to locations hosting Key events
• Maintain relevant and current knowledge and be a leader within assigned technical field
• Prioritize work efforts and multitask in a very fast-paced environment
• Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, always acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.
• Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• OR equivalent experience (required)

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in AV / event production
• Experience with Samsung MagicInfo, VXT, or similar digital signage management
• Experience hosting events on enterprise platforms such as Zoom webinars, Microsoft Teams and Vbrick
• Experience with video conference equipment troubleshooting
• Experience with user requirements gathering and analysis for event planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment playing multiple roles with challenging deadlines
• Keen attention to detail

Physical Demands

• General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop.
• Must be able to lift AV gear weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.

Work Location Category

• Hybrid (2+ days)

Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. If located near a KeyBank location, the position in the future may work partially from a Key facility. If not located near a Key facility, team will consider remote workers.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
