Job Title: Application Support Specialist

Location: Troy, MI,

Duration: 3 Years

Duties:

• Candidate needs to provide end user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for Court staff and the public.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff). Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems.
• Examples include stepping into a courtroom to troubleshoot AV or computer issues during court proceedings or helping staff with How do I questions.
• Interface with and escalate to County IT team for advanced support.

Environment: Court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS; hybrid meeting technology, such as Zoom; Document Management System, such as Courts MiFile solution, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and others.
